This option comes with a $50.00 fee and is payable to when the designer visit’s your property. This fee is re-bated after $500.00 in landscape material’s and or landscape labor is reached. This option is tailored to smaller projects ranging between $500 and $2,500. It’s also fairly common for do it your selfers to utilize this option, where a portion of the project is handled by the customer and the remainder is completed by one of our professional landscape crews. In either case, trees, shrubs, evergreens and vines can carry a guarantee for one year from the date of purchase, with perennials carrying a 60 day warranty. Option 2: Professional Landscape Plan
For those of you building a new home or entertaining the idea of completing an extensive renovation of your property, this option may best fit your needs. With this option, our designer will meet you on site, discuss your desires, analize your site, take measurements and photograph the property if need be. Utilizing this pertinent information; our designer will return to the design studio, where a scaled and rendered landscape plan may be developed. Plans of this caliber should address all of your objectives and may encompase hardscaping in conjunction with landscaping and or lighting. Often times, these plans may include patios, fire pits, outdoor kitchens and or living areas, decks, walks, garden structures, walls, stone work and water features. The designer is responsible for developing an itemized estimate and can make recommendations on completing your project via phases or in one step.
There is a $150.00 fee for this service ($200 to $500 on acreages and commercial projects depending on complexity and return visits). Option 3: Consulting Services
This option is geared towards those individuals whom have recently moved into a new home and need some plant care instructions and or identification advice. Other needs may derive from insurance appraisals, drainage evaluations and or general site evaluations.
